Annual Youth Ballroom and Latin Showcase June 4th
Marysa Smith, Hannah James, Trinity Cerny, Kelsey Petrongelli from our Saturday morning class all performed beautifully with their Waltz, Foxtrot, Swing and Cha Cha. Elizabeth Anderson and Lindsey Clark from our teen class performed Hustle, Rumba, Waltz, Cha Cha, Tango and Jive. Well done Ladies!!

Falls Premiere Ball 2010
Congratulations to our competitors Mary Batug, Dr. JoAnne Cobler and David Smith. These students of the Iacono Ballroom Center competed with their instructors, Phoxay Bouthsavong and Lihann Jones, in the Pro-Am divisions at the Falls Premier Ball Competition in Niagara Falls, Canada on Friday, January 29th and Saturday, January 30th. Our studio was represented in all Four Dance Divisions: American Rhythm, American Smooth, International Standard and International Latin.
Here Are Their Awesome Results!
- Single Dance Heats: 82-1st place awards, 12-2nd places and 3-3rd place awards, 5-finalist awards.
- Scholarship Divisions on Saturday: Mary, JoAnne & David won Scholarship Money in all the
divisions they competed in. Scholarship money is only awarded to the top three in the division.
- Solo Division: Mary & JoAnne both received 1st place awards.

Graduates from our Childrens' Beginner I Ballroom and Latin class. They all performed a beautiful waltz, a hot Cha Cha and jumpin' Jive! Look for them again at our Holiday Ball in December and at the Niagara Falls competition in January.

Yankee Classic Competition Boston, MA June 19th - 22nd
Congratulations to Dr. Mel Tanhehco with instructor Paula Iacono. Twenty-six First Place awards in the Pro-Am division of American Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Cha Cha, Rumba, Swing and Samba and International Waltz and Quickstep.
